Include identifying information
Please provide enough information for us to identify the data connected with your request. This may include details about the relevant account, Meta Business Portfolio or business relationship. Do not send passwords, access tokens or other sensitive credentials by email.
Verification and processing
After receiving the request, we will take reasonable steps to verify your identity and authority in relation to the relevant account or Business. Once verified, we will process the request within a reasonable period.
Lawful retention
Certain information may continue to be retained where required or permitted for legal, accounting, security, anti-fraud or regulatory purposes. Any retained information will remain subject to appropriate safeguards and will not be kept longer than reasonably necessary.
Revoke platform authorization
You may also revoke DAC GB CREDIT's authorization through the relevant Meta or Facebook Business Settings. Revoking authorization limits future access through Meta APIs but may not automatically delete information that we are legally required or permitted to retain.
